This coworking office draws influence from the historic charm of the architecture of Alexandria and its cosmopolitan neighbors. Coffered ceiling tiles & molding juxtapose the concrete floors and exposed ceilings for a historic nod with a modern twist. While local artwork & greenery create a neighborhood feel.

This lobby directs tenants through its millwork slat wall into the amenity lounge where the concept of hygge, a feeling of coziness & contentment, became the driving force. These cozy and separate architectural moments provided tenants a variety of hygge spaces through the exploration of volume, color, & texture.

This lobby and café became the main focal points of a targeted renovation. By designing a custom string art piece along the building entry path and curated moments of dining and workspace within the café, tenants were drawn to the spaces & this proved to be a successful leasing tool for the building.

This restaurant celebrates global cuisine, integrates artistic experience, and revitalizes historic architecture. The architect designed a contemporary space that allows the historic warehouse to shine through. The furniture provided color, texture, & purposeful dining to celebrate the intersection of “Food. Art. Fun.”
